The Larkfleet Limited team benefit from many years of experience and our directors are involved in every aspect of planning, design and construction, to ensure that our rigorous standards are maintained at each stage of the development. We are also committed to the environment and have joined the Carbon Neutral scheme. The first major milestone has now been achieved and we are proud to announce that our head office is now carbon neutral. We are now working to ensure that our new homes also minimise their impact on the environment during the initial building phase and once homeowners move in. We will achieve this major step forward by using highly energy efficient materials, the use of renewable energy sources and offsetting emissions by creating new woodland areas.
